It is currently on CBS but was originally on Showtime. If you catch it on Showtime be cautious there are some bewbs and other things that can't be shown on public TV. The story is about a guy, dexter, that is a serial killer. He works with the police as a blood analysist for the forensics team. He only kills people that kill others, and get away with it. I was weirded out by it at first. but now i can't get enough ...
