In my experience with UVSC/BYU approved housing, they are fairly lax. On the other hand when I lived in the housing at BYU-Idaho, they actually came by at 10 or 11 to kick people out but when I lived at Parkway Crossing, no one cared. It mostly depends on your roommates or your next door neighbors and how much of a snitch they wanna be.
