The Greatest Video Game Ever!

I am only going to declare this half-hearted because I know I could never fully stand by it but, I think Call of Duty 4: Modern Combat is the best video game ever! I have never had so much fun before. Maybe, I should clarify before I have the rest of you up-in-arms telling me of all the glory of RPGs and other games that have tickled your fancy across the years. COD4 is the best online first-person shooter game ever! I have played over 4 1/2 days and I still get so much enjoyment out of it.

I have to agree with it being able to hold my attention as a Online FPS. I have not played Halo 3 since.

I have to agree... CoD4 is a lot of fun and the attention grabbingness is unsurpassed on consoles.

Guys, I freaking love Halo and COD4 is great but Halo is at least as good. Gears of War is up there too.

Best overall game ever released? That's a tie between Half Life 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3.
