Re: The Greatest Video Game Ever!
I'm close to deciding that Metal Gear Solid 4 is the greatest game of all time, putting out Half Life 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3 in the process. I'm just starting the last act as of this post and the laptop is 6 inches off my lap. Never before has a teenage boy or a dude who looks like a teenage boy (me) been attracted to an old greasy chainsmoking man. It's so backwards but it makes so much sense. Guys, I reccomend alot of games, but this is seriously the greatest game I've ever played. Buy a PS3.
And IGN USA gave it a 10, thank heaven. I was worried that they would grade it down along with everyone else considering GTA4 already got a 10 from so many magazines and review sites, IGN included. For all the sites that gave it an 8.0 or 8.something, you don't understand video games at all and you need to eat your self starting with your feet until your lower spine breaks under your back molars and you choke.

OH OH!
Just finished MGS4 earlier today... Two things:
-Surprise Ending! I won't say more.
-Play MGS 1 2 and 3 before you play 4 or you will be lost. It gives you most of what you'd expect from a game as far as back story goes, but it's no entry point like MGS on the PS was. You'll miss so much of its greatness if you don't understand the first three games.
I'm thinking that I'll be seriously depressed by the end of the day realizing that my most anticipated game of all time has passed. With any luck this will take two or three days and Metal Gear Online will help me avoid this sadness. If anyone here gets a PS3 or already has one, put me down as a friend and lets play some MGS. My PS tag is the same as my XBOX tag, Oldmanpotter.

Oh my!
Sorry i haven't been on lately. I got laid off from my job, and didn't have a computer to play with for about 2 weeks. I wanted to let you all know that I watched a friend at my apartment complex play MGS4 and it is gorgeous!!! he sucked really bad, but it is a really beautiful game, if i had the money and a HDTV i would totally buy a PS3 not just for games but for the entire media center capability it has. Music, Games, and blu-ray with upgradeable firm ware. I was thoroughly impressed.

Oh that was very clever James, but i don't open anything that has "nut grab" as part of the address.... too many people get hurt that way.
